Ryan grew up in Graettinger, IA. After graduating from Graettinger in 1994, he went to Iowa Lakes Community College where he got his AA degree in Ag Business. He moved to Spencer in 2003. During that time, he purchased his first rental property. This is when he knew that he had a passion for real estate!
