Since launching his career in 2003 after graduating from the University of Iowa and relocating to Chicago, Nick has become synonymous with excellence in real estate. In 2014, Nick returned to Iowa to found Integrity Real Estate as Broker/Owner, serving Spirit Lake, Spencer, and the Iowa Great Lakes region. His outstanding performance has earned numerous awards, including Outstanding Service and Production in Sales, 100% Club Award, and Executive Club Award, while consistently achieving $15+ million in annual sales.

Drawing from prior experience in project management with Berkshire Holdings, LLC—a company he owns and operates—Nick brings hands-on expertise in estimating, coordination, building design, architecture, construction, and development to every transaction.

In 2018, Nick expanded his practice by obtaining his Arizona broker license and joining Compass Real Estate as a Broker Associate.
